CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, Rescheduling Appointments, and Missed Appointments: Clients missing, canceling, or rescheduling appointments on the same day of the appointment will be charged fully. Since it is difficult to reschedule another client on such short notice, therefore, we are unable to utilize that time slot. This is done to ensure that our appointment times are being best utilized. A client will not be charged if the client cancels or reschedules appointment 24 hours before the scheduled time. For example, if the appointment is on Wednesday at 11 am, in order not to be charged for the appointment, our office must be informed of the change by Tuesday at 11 am.
