NEURO-LINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING

Just like hypnosis, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a tool and methodology to resolve psychological issues. NLP explores the relationship between how we think (neuro), how we communicate both verbally and non-verbally (linguistic) and our patterns of behavior and emotion (programs & conditioning). NLP is a process, we can use to transform depression to happiness and fear to excitement and build healthy relationships.

HYPNOTHERAPY

In hypnotherapy, hypnosis is used as a tool to resolve psychological issues. Unlike physical injuries, psychological wounds and hurts are not obvious or visible but affect us in the form of depression or other psychosomatic illnesses. Hypnotherapy can help clients deal with depression, anxiety, fears, phobias, stress, anger, guilt, inner conflict, and other psycho-somatic illnesses, and work towards peace and happiness.
